Brian Middleton, in his own words.

Eight years building one of Texas's most respected DA offices.

Elected in 2018, Brian Middleton has built a prosecutor's office that has earned the respect of Texas's most experienced legal professionals.

Under his leadership, Fort Bend has stood up first-of-their-kind divisions, partnered with local, state, and federal agencies on operations targeting violent offenders and human traffickers, and expanded protections for victims of family violence.

A certified peace officer and graduate of the Wharton County Police Academy, Brian has spent his career in service to the communities of Fort Bend County — and is asking the voters to send him back to keep building.

Statewide Recognition

Texas Prosecutor of the Year.

In 2022, the State Bar of Texas and the Texas District & County Attorneys Association named Brian Middleton the state's Prosecutor of the Year — recognition that came not from politicians or donors, but from the lawyers and prosecutors who do this work every day.

Two years later, those same peers elected him President-Elect of TDCAA, the association that represents every district and county attorney's office in Texas.
