How to Vote in Fort Bend County
Your vote for District Attorney is on the ballot this November. Here's everything you need to make your plan — register, vote early, or vote on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, 2026.

Check your registration
Confirm you're registered (or register by October 5) at the State of Texas voter portal, VoteTexas.gov. New to Fort Bend County? Update your address there too.
Pick when you'll vote
Vote early — any weekday or weekend during October 19–30, at any countywide early-voting location — or vote on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3. Early voting usually means shorter lines.
Find your location & bring photo ID
Look up current polling places and hours on the Fort Bend County Elections site, and bring an approved Texas photo ID. See accepted IDs at VoteTexas.gov.
